Classy Cards Happy St. Pat's

Hi, I'm posting today with a card for Classy Cards 'n Such's Going Green Challenge.  The challenge is a simple one - use Green and Neutrals on your card and make sure to use one item sold at the CCNS shop.  Remember to use my coupon code JENNY-10 to save 10% off your entire purchase.

I hope you all had a wonderful St. Pat's day!

First I cut Kraft card stock with Couture Creations Tied Together die.  It makes such a delicate backdrop.  I adhered it to a green polka dot paper from the Vintage Bliss Paper Pad, then popped the panel up off the A2 card front with Joy Crafts Foam Adhesive Pads for dimension.

The large flowers were cut using the Heartfelt Creations Botanical Wings die and dotted paper from my stash.  Yellow distress ink was added to the edges using a Mini Ink Blending Tool. The petals were shaped with tools and molding mat from my Paper Shapers Tool Kit.  After assembly I glued green rimmed rhinestones from my stash to the centers.

The Cheery Lynn Cutie Fringe flowers are wonderful as accents and roll so easily with the Rolling Tool from the Paper Blossoms Tool Kit.  Before rolling, I colored the fringe flowers using a green spray mist from my stash for sparkle.

The sentiment is from an old stamp from my stash.  I centered the Spellbinders Labels Eighteen die around the words before cutting.  Using the die as a stencil I then sponged peeled paint distress ink over the sentiment with my blending tool.

Last, I arranged the flowers and adhered them with Joy Crafts Foam Adhesive Pads to the card front. I added some green leaves and mini flourishes from dies in my stash to complete the arrangement.

Very pretty card! Just for your info, we ask that you link your post and not your blog to our challenge. It saves time if we don't have to read each post to which one is entered in our challenge. Thanks for sharing and joining us at Inspiration Destination. Hope to see you again and good luck!
