Hi, I'm back today with a new card that uses only a few dies. I used distress ink to color paper in shades of blue before cutting out the feathers and background. The hello die from the Bohemian Word Set was covered in frantage gold embossing powder.
This was a simple and relatively quick card to make but I waited to put it together until the ink dried. I could have used a heat tool but I tend to cut and then color and I wasn't sure if coloring first and heating would cause the paper to warp so I let it dry naturally.
Even with the variegated color you can really see the gorgeous detail on these leaves. The leaves were secured to the card with double sided foam tape for added dimension.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today!
Hugs, Jenny
